Nervous system and the five senses

We have learnt about the nervous system. We learnt that this system is formed by the brain, the spine cord and the nerves.
We also have practiced how a signal goes from the sensory receptors (five senses) to the brain, then it identifies the stimulus and sends an answer to the muscles.
